JOSH MARTIN
FOUNDER
Josh graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business. Josh has extensive experience in the real estate sector, ranging from overseeing high-rise construction projects under a general contractor to evaluating property investments for developers as an underwriter.
HISTORY
A Fresh Start
This business idea was conceived in Josh's senior year of college in 2023. We set out to help individuals and organizations have better peace of mind when making investment decisions in real estate. In the process, we have built our own financial valuation models to improve performance and perception.
